The Referee Is Not Always Right!

hi, my names Xavier and I'm not really a sporty person but there's one thing I know that the referee is not always right no one can always be right.

Referees should not be judged or Anything because all they're there for is so they can tell what's going right or wrong and so the game can start off on the right time and things like that. I'm not saying they're always right and the reason they muck up is that they could be being biased or didn't see what was going on.

The referees can be smarter than you, and I've got proof.

  • They have been watching sport longer than you have and that's why they are called referees because they've had practice.
  • They have had special practice sessions.
  • Doing sport like this almost every weekend ( foremost referees )
  • They would go to bed and never forget about a single game/match .

I have seen one football match in an actual stadium and he was like the most powerful in the
Whole game he even had his own special watch tower but when he said something right but
The supporters would start complaining and tantrums ( not seriously though ).
If you type up best ever referee decisions it will come up with the worst and that's why you should believe in me.

If you go to the link I have given you to look at, it should absolutely 100%
satisfy you that no one can always be right.

I think that referees aren't always right and that you shouldn't take a game so seriously

Starting a big riot like the Springbok rugby game and riot would ruin everybody’s enjoyment of the game.

  1. Hi Xavier!

My name is Ellee and I will be blogging with you this summer for the Summer Learning journey!

This is some really great writing about referees and the tough decisions they have to make during sports games. I like that you are able to stick up for the refs and know that they can't always be right! I noticed you said that you are not a sporty person so I was wondering about what you do like to do in your free time?
Hopefully you can tell me a little about it on your blog over the Summer and if you get some spear time maybe you can also post up some of the Summer Learning Journey activities too!

If you want to check out the Summer Learning Journey website you can follow this link: https://sites.google.com/site/summerlearningjourney/

Here is also a link to the weekly activities:
    https://sites.google.com/site/summerlearningjourney/weekly-activities

Remember each activity is worth points so make sure once you’ve finished an activity post it up on your blog so we can add it to your total!

Hopefully I'll see you blogging over the summer soon!

    Ellee :)
