4'js run

I have come to the unfortunate end of the 2.6 KM 4'js run I have ran 117.8 KM this year getting a top time of 12.13 min and the worst time was 21.32 I had some great times this year and I could recognize how much fitter I had gotten I think the reason I did so well in the cross country was that I did the 4'js.
doing this run made me get fit to give me discipline and to be worthwhile I could realize how much dirt I had eaten. Out of the many schools I have been to I have been homeschooling I have never been to such a cooperating school I have loved the 4'js. 💪😎✌

poll tax

 the poll tax

the poll tax was an event in the 1800's of the NZ gold rush, the NZ government didn't like the Chinese and other settlers staying in New Zealand mining for gold and taking their jobs so they charged them a tax to come to NZ. It was up to $19,000 in today's money. It was extremely unfair. Some of the things put in the newspaper where racist. but now today Chinese and other settlers can settle in NZ like anyone else.

N.Z.E.I teachers strike

Wednesday, 15 of August 2018 N.Z.E.I went on strike for the reasons, that the classrooms are getting too many children but not enough teachers and that they don't get enough pay. I and other schools students missed out on an important school day.

mining mining mining!

Ok my honest opinion I think mining is alright only for these two reasons

  • One Because it means people have some money

  • Two so we can get sustainable metals so we can build things with

But I really think mining should have its restrictions and limits because if mining doesn't
have any limits things  will go of the hook

Things Like: taking down trees which is bad for heaps of things like native birds and wetas.
And then if miners don't have any restrictions on mining in native NZ bush than when you go
for a nice
Family car trip on your “favorite road”what do you expect yes mined roads. If there is no control of mining in the south island or the whole of NZ will be a plain desert.💣😓💥
